The model # is hard to read, could be an 18 or 19. Shows wear from age, use and storage.

The top pin and base pin are currently locked up. I haven't tried to free them other than giving them a good pull. I don't have experience tearing these down otherwise I would attempt it. Jaws measure 3.5 wide.
