Rock Island Vise No 574 Swivel Base Machinist Bench Vise 4 1/2 Jaws Vtg

The vise is well used and shows signs of wear and tear as shown in the pictures but still works good. The swivel screw is seized up but I'm sure it could be loosened with some persuasion.
