Rock Island 574 4 1/2 Swivel Vise

Missing pivot shoulder bolt that holds swivel base to vise. Parts move freely, jaws close evenly, screw nice as well as nut. Almost 7 opening with full nut engagement. See tape measure and scale in photos for dimensions and weight.
