This vise works when opening the jaws past 3 1/4" it is stiff but it does open to 6 1/4" as shown in photo. It has paint loss flaking off. This vise has been cleaned the raw metal is starting to rust as shown in photos.

The swivel bar is bent as you can see in the photos but it works like it should. The tape measure in the photo is in inches for size comparison only. I actually found this inside of an old man's workshop he was 92 years old.
