Palmgren Tilting Angle-Swivel Base Vice-2.5 Wide Jaws with 2.5 Clearence

Palmgren tilting angle vise with a swivel base and a V notch. I do not know the exact model.

With the jaws open there is 2.5" of clearance and the jaws are just under 2.5" wide. The vise opens and closes smoothly with no issues and tils up and down easily. The swivel base works great too. The nut to loosen the swivel base has a couple chips on it but does not appear stripped. The tick marks measuring the degrees of the angle and rotation are clear with no bad markings. Please review all photos carefully.
