Ready to use as is, or ready for you to take apart and clean first. It sat outside for a little while and it rains here in Oregon, so expect some orange water spots. Opens to 5 It is un-marked so it most likely had an emblem on it. Wilton did this so Snap-On and others could put their own emblem on them.
