Vise has a 5/16 hole drilled Through the top of the rear jaw I got this vise from an old friend of mine. Who told me they used to use the hole to bend hooks on the end of 1/4 round stock.

Vise has been dissembled, cleaned, repainted, lubricated and reassembled. No cracks or repairs just a hole drilled through the rear jaw.
