Vintage Wilton Bullet Vice Vise 835 3.5 New Jaws Chicago USA Swivel Base Baby
This is a very nice vintage Wilton bullet vise. The key is stamped 3-53 which makes this vise almost 70 years old. This vise is cast with CHICAGO on the side, it was made before they moved production to Schiller Park. This vise is in very good condition for its age, no cracks or signs of major abuse but, it does show marks from normal use.
It has a few hammer marks on the anvil, the top of the stationary jaw and, the dynamic jaw slide area. The vise has a brand new set of serrated hardened jaws made by Wiltonviseparts. The paint on this is interesting in that it has a very original patina appearance but, I dont believe this was ever an original Wilton color.
