Greetings vintage A m e r i c a n M a d e tool lovers and collectors! For your consideration is a Wilton''bullet'' machinists vise with 2'' jaws made in Chicago U S A. A the Wilton''Baby Bullet'' this is one of the original and more rare renditions of this vise. Marked Chicago USA as opposed to Schiller Park , Wilton was founded in Chicago in 1941 and continued to manufacture there until 1957 when it transitioned to the Schiller Park Illinois location.

Making this vise at least 62 years old! At some point over the years the paint was touched up so there are overlapping shades of grey and some bare spots, but overall I would say it is in very good condition for it's age, with any issues being purely cosmetic. It even had the inspection sticker pictured on the bottom. At the attached pictures as they provide a good idea of the condition of these items and what is included.
