Vintage Wilton 1750 Bullet Vise with Swivel Base 5 Jaws USA

Offered is a Vintage Wilton 1750 Bullet Vise with Swivel Base and 5 Jaws. This vise is in excellent working condition.

Wilton cast this vise out of ductile iron which offers a much higher tensile strength and vibraton absorption. 60,000 PSI vs 30,000 PSI for budget vises. Meaning it is literally twice the vise in strength. Opens and closes easily with one finger.

This vise was taken apart and cleaned. The pipe vise jaws were replaced with new Wilton pipe jaws. Loctite Nickel Anti-Seize Lubricant was applied to the screw.

Graphite was applied to the back front jaw guide and guide rail. Vise opens to approximately 6. Guide Rail is stamped 4 86. Vise was made in Schiller Pk, IL. Please see photographs for details.
