Vintage Sawyer Tool Co No 23 Swivel Base Bench Vise INV15052. Here we have a very nice Sawyer No 23 vise made in Oswego NY. The jaws are 3 across and open approx.

Missing one screw from the replaceable jaws though the jaw is still tight. It weighs in at 27 pounds and is in very good condition.
