This is an angle lock type of vise that provides downward pressure while tightening the jaws. The vise was stripped down, all parts were removed, inspected and thoroughly cleaned. The handle bearings were inspected, cleaned and repacked with new grease.

All painted areas were stripped to bare metal, thoroughly cleaned, primed and painted with rust resistant paint. The vise was reassembled, with grease added to appropriate places. The tightening handle movement is smooth and sure. This vise is in excellent condition.
